Adip started on the program with an idea of getting regular with exercises, improve his golf game and cope with a few health issues he had. He started training at home with just a pair of dumbbells. But he made sure that he stuck to the plan to the tee.

He started seeing big changes in his body composition in a matter of 4 weeks and soon he become addicted to training. 4 months down the line, he is 10 kgs down and has put on a good amount of muscle to his frame.
